September News Your Help Needed!

Taking on a section leader elected role may seem like too much work. There are still several other smaller opportunities to get involved with our HOA and community open or available soon. Please take a look at some of these opportunities and let us know if you're interested. It takes a village! If you have an interest to help with something you don’t see here, let us know. We are always open to new ideas and involvement.

Yard of the Month Coordinator: Determine Yard of the Month by mid-month, Notify and get approval to share names with the owners, send a photo for communications and place the sign in the yard by the 1st of the Month.

Newsletter Designer/Editor: Design and Edit a 4 page 8.5 x 11 newsletter Monthly or Quarterly. Add articles, and images of events and from HOA representatives by the 25th of the month. This is a critical need to keep the cost of a new newsletter down.

Webmaster: Join the group of web support for our public website. Update the Website Events, Announcements, Yard of the Month, etc on a somewhat monthly basis with Squarespace, Aid in discussion to move domains and assist that move at a mutually decided date.

Tennis Key Distributor: Verify Resident Standing via Sterling, Receive Email requests for Tennis Keys, Hand out Key and Collect Deposit.

Social Team: Assist Deanna in Setup/Teardown and gaining sponsorship of events. Lead an event of your own if your so inclined.

Clubhouse Team: Join the cleanest group around, that help ensure the upkeep of the clubhouse and rental agreements are followed. checkout residents after rentals, Answer questions about rentals, setting access codes.

Pool Team: Assist the pool leader with duties related to the pool which could entail answering fob questions, making the pool schedule, organize pool swim team rentals, collect concerns of the pool from residents for the board to review, sounding board for pool issues.
